Carpark QR Tags for Churches, Clubs & Councils

Bulk QR carpark stickers for churches, sports clubs, community halls, and councils. Help your congregation or members quietly reach each other when a car is blocked, lights are left on, or there's a minor bump — without sharing phone numbers. One dashboard, one Business plan.

Frequently asked questions

Who pays — the organisation or the individual members?

Either works. Most churches and clubs cover the cost out of general funds because it's a small annual amount per car and members really appreciate it. Some organisations ask members to chip in a few dollars at sign-up. Either way, billing sits in one place under the organisation's Business plan.

How do the stickers actually reach members?

Order a batch of pre-printed laminated stickers from your dashboard, then hand them out at a Sunday service, a club meeting, or a working bee. Members peel and stick them on the inside of their windscreen, then register the QR by scanning it themselves once. Takes about 30 seconds per car.

Do members need to download an app?

No. Neither members nor the people who scan their QR need an app. Members register their car through a normal web page after a one-time scan. Anyone who later finds the car simply scans the sticker with their phone camera and fills in a short contact form.

Can we manage all our members' tags from one dashboard?

Yes — that's exactly what the Business plan is for. The organisation owns the bulk QR codes and sees the rollout status (handed out, registered, active). Each member controls their own messages and contact preferences, so the organisation never sees private contact details.

What if a member leaves the congregation or sells their car?

The member can disable their QR from their own dashboard at any time, and the organisation can deactivate any unclaimed sticker that hasn't been registered yet. The next person who scans a disabled QR sees a friendly 'this tag is no longer active' message.

Will it work for a council car park or shopping precinct?

Yes. The same model fits any organisation that wants to give regular patrons a private, low-friction way to be reached in their carpark — councils handing tags to staff and regular permit holders, sports clubs covering members and volunteers, community halls protecting hirers' vehicles during events.

Is member contact information shared with the organisation?

No. The organisation pays for and distributes the QR codes, but each member's name, mobile, email, and address stay completely private. The organisation can see how many tags have been registered, but not who registered which one or what messages they receive.

How quickly can we roll this out for a Sunday service?

Order a batch on a Monday, stickers typically arrive within the week, and you can hand them out at the next weekend service. Most congregations have everyone registered within two or three weekends with a quick reminder in the bulletin.
