Isn't steering feedback to a private QR a form of review gating?

No — and it's worth being precise, because gating is against the rules. "Review gating" means screening customers by how happy they are and routing the unhappy ones away from public review sites. A Kindtact QR doesn't do that: it's shown to every customer equally, it never filters by sentiment, and it never touches your public listings. Is the customer anonymous?

Yes. Your account includes up to 25 QRs, so you can give each product line, bundle, or insert its own code and see exactly which one a note came from. Shipping more SKUs than that? The Business tier adds more QRs and a shared inbox for your team.

Where do the messages land, and can my team see them?

Every note arrives in one private business inbox with an instant email alert — not a personal mobile, and not lost in a marketplace message thread. Does the customer need an app to leave feedback?

No. Any smartphone camera scans the QR and opens a simple form in the browser. No download, no sign-up, nothing to install — that low friction is the whole point, and it's why you hear from people a review request never reaches.

Can the QR show a short message when a customer scans?
